Returns & Refunds
1. Return Policy
Due to the personal nature of our products (fragrances, attars), we cannot accept returns once the bottle has been opened or the seal broken, for hygiene reasons.
We accept returns for unopened, sealed items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
2. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Provide photos of the damage to hello@guleasr.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (via Razorpay) within 5-7 business days.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel an order for a full refund before it is marked as "Shipped". Once shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
